Woke up in sunshine and a sunny mood after a long and sound sleep.

Yeah, today is a new beginning, everything will be fine, just carry on and make it work!

Alfa, seems already an old dream behind me, vague already though it was just yesterday. We will be real friends afterwards i believe. I always amaze myself that i can be extremely emotional and intensive about "love" or romance for serveral weeks and just put everything completely down after one night or two like it never happens. There must be something interesting in the structure of by brain. whatever, phew...

Had an interesting talk with one of my best friends Helena, about... "no attachment to anything". yes, i think that is what i lack and what i need for the special period of life.


Helena: during my time in Australia, i learned a lot in Buddhism, one point is very impressive to me: that is no attachment to anything.

Helena: imperminency is suffering.呵呵，无常即苦。since everything is changing, so you will feel sorrow, coz you always want something absolute, something unchangeable. but in fact, everything is changing, so you can never achieve.

Kathy: i get very sad when my good friends are leaving
