[07-08-22, Wed, Cloudy] Captain Bar

Hard to sleep, 5am already. Maybe because of the 7 cups of coffee i drank today. 3 at work, 2 before dinner, 2 after dinner. Hmmm... nope, actually i really want to sleep, but still a lot of work in stack, sigh. Worked alone today, good chance to organize things, too rushy these days, and didn't have time to think.

Had a coffee this eve with Jean-Phil, my dear French teacher, at Captain bar, one of the most famous bars in Shanghai among the young people especially the foreigners, good view over the bund, located in the youngster hostel, good but not expensive drink and food. Jean-Phil is going back to France in one month also, sigh, almost all my good friends are leaving, a bit sad. The good thing is that i can 'inherit' a lot of French DVD and CD from him now as he can not bring them back :D He told me that i am the only student that he goes out with, oops, i am really hornored for that.

Almost all my French teachers are politically for the left. The feeling being with them is very different as being with Alfa or most of my French friends, who are mostly at the "right" side. The "left" people are surrounded by music, art, movie, theatre, so calm and no agressiveness at all, like a shelter for me...
